Following initial investment, exclusive Japanese market marketing agreement signed

0x Consulting Group PTE. LTD. (Singapore, Founder: Koki Hosogane, hereinafter referred to as 0xC) has signed an exclusive marketing agreement for the Japanese market with REVOX (China, Founder: Neo), a project focused on building blockchain and AI products. This partnership, following 0xC’s initial investment in the project, will further strengthen support for the project.

About REVOX (formerly ReadON)
REVOX started as “ReadON”, the world’s first ReadFi project allowing users to earn tokens while gaining knowledge by reading Web3-related articles. It was rebranded to “REVOX” in April this year as part of an upgrade. The rebranding reflects a new development beyond the ReadON project, aiming to build a platform that serves as a foundation for developing decentralized applications (dApps) combining AI and blockchain technologies.

REVOX aims to maximize the potential of decentralized AI technology through the following three approaches:
1. Providing tools to easily create AI-powered applications
2. Offering a platform for open sharing and integration of third-party data and functions
3. Providing a common interface to easily connect blockchain and AI

To realize these goals, it’s necessary to combine AI and blockchain technologies. However, there are challenges:
– Smart contracts cannot directly use AI
– AI is not integrated with important blockchain functions (wallets, transaction records, etc.)

To address these challenges, REVOX is focusing on developing:

– Components to easily connect AI and blockchain technology (Web3 AI components)

Background of the Partnership and Future Developments
Prior to this agreement, 0xC made an initial investment in 2022, impressed by the foresight of the ReadOn app (now REVOX) as a pioneer in ReadFi and the strong vision and leadership of its management team.

Subsequently, through multiple opportunities to provide REVOX services to customers, 0xC re-recognized the high value these services bring to clients. This led to the current partnership agreement, with the desire to continue delivering REVOX services to customers with diverse needs.
